I highly recommend hiring Michael Galvin to sell your home. In 2016, I had hired another firm to sell my 7 year old home in Chelmsford, and they did no advertising, used a point and shoot camera to take the photos, and had no social media presence. Michael hired his own photographer to shoot and video the house inside and out, using a drone for aerial shots, and created a very professional brochure to hand out, and after being on the market for 3 months already, he had a buyer in 3 weeks. In a word, Michael was amazing. We were in a unique situation in which we lived three hours away from the property we were trying to sell. This left Michael much more responsibility than I think an agent should have to burden themselves with. Time and time again, Michael went above and beyond, whether it was to meet someone for an inspection, meet the buyer to measure for flooring, or just to generally check up on the place and keep the ball rolling with the sale. Michael always seemed to be one step ahead of the buyers agent and knew what they were going to be asking for or thinking. We always discussed this before hand and Michael constantly had an answer to any question or issue they could throw at us. Never mind the fact that his suggestion of price garnered 40 showings and 11 offers in a weeks time. I know this isn't a normal timeline for a transaction but we are absolutely thrilled to have worked with him and wouldn't hesitate to use his services in the future.
